The name MOKUSIGA (mo-koo-sing-a) is derived from two seprate words in the Fijian language. “Moku” meaning “kill” and “Siga” meaning “day”. Used colloquially by locals as an expression for “killing time”, the word itself embodies the very essence of relaxing in Fiji; by the ocean, salty lips, sandy feet, under a coconut tree, laying in a hammock. After all, we're on Fiji Time. 

 

The Kailoma Brewing Co.’s sole purpose is to brew, bottle, and supply “Fiji time” to the world in the form of MOKUSIGA - Fiji’s permier boutique craft beer, brewed and distributed from the resort location.
